Early Childhood Intervention (3 to 6-year-old children)

Our Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program supports children aged 3 to 6 who may be experiencing developmental delays or challenges in areas such as communication, social interaction, behavior, motor skills, sensory processing or learning. Using evidence-based practices, developmentally-appropriate strategies and a multidisciplinary approach, we collaborate closely with families to design personalized intervention plans tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. The program focuses on fostering school readiness, emotional regulation, and the development of foundational cognitive, social, and motor skills within a nurturing, play-based environment.

Emotional and Behavioral Self-Regulation Program

Our Self-Regulation Program helps children develop the skills to manage their emotions, behaviors, and impulses in everyday situations. Through evidence-based strategies and personalized support, we guide children toward greater emotional control, resilience, and positive social interactions—at home, in school, and beyond.

We create customized behavior support plans based on our ‘Feelings Friends’ framework that focus on emotional regulation, communication, and social engagement, while empowering families with strategies for consistent support across settings.

Adolescent Psychotherapy - Face-to- Face / Online

Our Adolescent Psychotherapy service offers a safe, supportive space for teenagers to explore and work through challenges they may be facing. Whether delivered in person or online, sessions are tailored to meet the unique emotional and developmental needs of adolescents.

We support teens in navigating a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, identity, peer relationships, academic stress, and family dynamics. Through evidence-based counselling approaches, we help adolescents build resilience, emotional insight, and healthy coping strategies—empowering them to thrive during this critical stage of life.

School Shadowing

Our School Shadowing Support service is designed to provide in-class support for children who face challenges integrating into classroom settings and require additional intervention to participate meaningfully in school life. We provide one-on-one support by working alongside the child to promote engagement, participation, social interaction, and emotional regulation throughout the school day.

Using individualised strategies aligned with each child’s unique needs, we aim to build their confidence, independence, and readiness for classroom integration.

We collaborate closely with educators and families to ensure consistent, coordinated support across both school and home environments—fostering lasting progress and meaningful inclusion.
